WUVT 50th Anniversary Reunion
April 3-5, 1998

Thomas H. Twine and Doug "Collins" Hall in present-day WUVT-FM Studio. Doug had signed up for an airshift to show the young whippersnappers how it's done. Having heard the broadcast, Tom had come by to announce he had been empowered by the FCC to make a citizen's arrest. At this point, D.C. was so frazzled, he was willing to be led away.
